100 days!!!!
Happy 100 days until the start of the Olympics!!! It's a pretty cool feeling to hit this landmark and has been marked with a few celebrations and more selection announcements around the country. For me it was another good day at the office - hurdles, big weights session and a recovery fartlek run. It's really nice to be in Dunedin and pretty cool to be here with my good friend and fellow heptathlete Becky Wardell on this significant day on the road to London!

Hi Sarah its your favourite cousin Cassius Cowley from Tokoroa,New Zealand. My class had to research an athlete and most of them chose you except me!!!! Have you met any famous athletes yet?
